Microsoft Will Reveal a New Version of Windows Very Soon

There are a lot of reasons why you can hate Windows 10, regardless of how much Microsoft tries to convince us that it’s the perfect operating system. First of all, people are different, and so are their needs and perceptions. Windows 10 is considered by some users as intrusive, strenuous and that it even lacks quality in some areas. Furthermore, it can even cause some low-end computers to lag.

Even in 2021, there are a lot of people who prefer older versions of Windows such as Windows 7 or even XP. According to The Verge, Windows 7 was still running on at least 100 million computers back in January. As of May 2021, about 0.7% of all Windows PCs were running Windows XP. Furthermore, 4% of the PCs from Africa are running Microsoft’s operating system that was released 20 years ago. All this information can only mean one thing: there are plenty of people unsatisfied with Windows 10. While we don’t want to say that Windows 10 is necessarily a bad operating system, Microsoft needs to bring something new and better if it wants to please more of its customers.

New version of Windows will be announced on June 24

ExtremeTech.com brings the exciting news of Microsoft unveiling the next generation of Windows on June 24th. During a recent Build conference, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella spoke about an upcoming major update to Windows.

During the conference, Nadella revealed that the next version of Windows would “create more opportunity for every Windows developer today and welcome every creator who is looking for the most innovative, new, open platform to build and distribute and monetize applications.”

Microsoft has dedicated a lot of time to updating Windows 10, and it could continue in the same way rather than creating an entirely new operating system. Ever since Windows 10 came out back in 2015, Microsoft keeps updating it.
