MatePad Pro 12.6 Becomes the First Tablet Equipped with Huawei’s HarmonyOS

Starting about two years ago, Huawei had to engage itself in a long and difficult road: to prove that there’s life without the Android operating system for its devices. Later on, HarmonyOS became the main alternative, and a significant amount of people are even claiming that it’s better than Android, arguably the best operating system for mobile gadgets.

The Verge writes about the MatePad Pro tablet, one of Huawei’s latest flagships, and we have to say right from the start that it’s a true beauty! The tablet has a 12.6-inch screen, and it’s running on the Kirin 900E processor. Last but not least, we have to mention the impressive software of MatePad Pro: the implementation of HarmonyOS.

The MatePad Pro 12.6 model of Huawei will likely compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S-series and Apple’s iPad Pro. Huawei’s creation sports an OLED display with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
