iQOO is gearing up to introduce a brand-new smartphone dubbed iQOO Neo 7 soon, and we have all the details!

iQOO Neo 7 is said to launch as a budget-friendly phone with some much-awaited upgrades. The company has also shared the first images and an official launch date. Will the new iQOO Neo 7 be a game-changer and stand a chance against its rivals?

iQOO Neo 7 Specs and Features: What to Expect?

The most striking feature of the new iQOO Neo 7, as seen in the first official photos, is the beautiful orange color! It’s also the brand’s signature color, and we’ve seen it in many shades since the iQOO 3.

Neo 7 flaunts an orange leather finish at its back and a rounded frame design, which is an improvement from its predecessors.

Other spotted features include a sleek square camera island, which is similar to what we’ve seen at the iQOO Neo 6. The camera module comes with an extra telephoto shooter, too!

Display details

iQOO Neo 7 is expected to sport a 6.62-inch E5 AMOLED panel from Samsung with Full HD+ resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. How cool is that?!

Hardware specs

Under the hood, the new smartphone will draw its power from a powerful MediaTek processor, the Dimensity 9000+ SoC. This chipset is also a flagship MediaTek processor that is featured even on Asus devices, the ROG Phone 6D/ ROG Phone 6D Ultimate gaming smartphones.

iQOO Neo 7 got 1231 points in single-core and 4251 points in multi-core on the popular Geekbench benchmarks.

Previously, the Neo 6 was powered by a Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

Battery capacity

A battery of 5,000mAh with 120W fast charging support is said to keep the lights on for several hours.

Camera skills

Coming to camera capabilities, the Neo 7 is said to sport a sleek triple camera module with a 50MP Sony IMX766V main camera, a 12MP telephoto sensor, and a 13MP ultrawide shooter.

iQOO Neo 7 will launch on October 20, 2022.
