Here’s How You Can Take Pro Photos Even With an Apple SE

The tech giant based in Cupertino has its way when it comes to iPhones and their camera. iPhone SE is the company’s budget-friendly approach that many of us appreciate so much. But as the cheapest iPhone Apple sells, can you still take the best photos?

Well, of course, but only if you know how.

Check out below a mini-guide on how to take photos even with an iPhone SE.

May the Light Guide You

It’s all about the light, they say, and they’re right. Professionals always have their way with light because it’s essential to be in the spotlight, right?!

The iPhone SE lacks the sleek Night Mode and Deep Fusion processing found in the iPhone 14 series. The features are great if you want to minimize the noise in low light conditions and increase image details.

So, while the iPhone SE may capture good photos in low light, daylight photography will yield the best images!

Use the Burst Mode to Capture More Action

Did you know that The iPhone SE’s burst mode can shoot 10 images/ second? That is excellent for catching that fleeting moment of activity from your photoshoots.

However, as great as the function could be, it is now a little more obscure than it formerly was.

Luckily, we know what you have to do!

Just drag the shutter button to the left or the right, depending on whether you’re holding the camera in portrait or landscape position. Next,
hold it down, and it will snap a ton of pictures instantly!

How About Some Composition?

The iPhone SE has limited camera features, but that doesn’t mean your photoshoots should be somehow limited.

Let’s dig into some camera settings and work up the composition!

Switch on the grid by going to the camera settings in the main settings menu (it’s going to be a bit weird, but it’ll shortly pass!). Why is this feature efficient?

When taking pictures, the grid will offer you a 3×3 overlay that will make it simpler to align your shots in accordance with something called the “rule of thirds” in photography.

Moreover, the grid helps you create a more aesthetically pleasing composition while taking pictures. How about that?!
