GTA 5 never gets old, and that’s especially available when we’re talking about its online mode known as GTA Online. Constantly having its servers full of passionate gamers and still getting a lot of love from Rockstar’s devs, GTA Online now brings the Service Carbine for the players to use without mercy.
GTA Online’s Criminal Enterprises Summer Update DLC brought the Service Carbine (aka M16) weapon into the game, to be more precise, and it can be a little difficult to find it across the huge map of Los Santos. It’s a pretty classical weapon in shooting games, so it seemed as just a matter of time until we’ll see it in GTA 5 as well. Surely you’ve seen it in Counter-Strike, for instance.
Thanks to Twitter user @WildBrick142, we now know that you need to collect five components in order to unlock the Service Carbine. Those components are mag, scope, sights, barrel, and receiver. Players can find them in some of 10 different “randomly-spawning” Crime Scene locations. In other words, if they don’t find one of the components in one specific location, they’ll have to return there at a later time, as they might be in luck the second or the third time.
Here are the locations:
