Gran Turismo 7: New Update Adds Cars and Movie Confirmation

Exciting news for all of you who enjoy playing Gran Turismo! Along with the announcement of four new vehicles coming in the upcoming update for Gran Turismo 7, the developer also detailed some new single-player activities. That is so great, right? So, the Toyota Ambulance Himedic and the Toyota GR Corolla MORIZO Edition, which were already announced to be a part of the lineup, the Maserati MC20 and a Chevrolet Corvette (C1) from 1958 will also be included in the lineup, as was to be expected.

Discover more below.

The most recent update for Gran Turismo 7 is, without a doubt, one of the nicest ones we’ve had in a while! Both the Chevrolet and the Maserati are going to be playable after the update goes live on Monday, August 7th, which is two days before the Gran Turismo Movie is going to be released. It should be noted that none of the Toyotas is readily accessible. Fantastic!

The Ambulance is a prize automobile that will be awarded on August 21st to those who watch the forthcoming Gran Turismo World Series esports competition from within the game. Viewers of the event will earn the right to get the Ambulance. Later this month, it will be incorporated into the standard operations of the Brand Central dealership.

In addition to that, there will be three Extra Menus, each of which grants the player an extra reward in-game for having a specific car. Themes revolving around Kei automobiles, Maseratis, and Aston Martins are planned for these. When the update becomes available, we will investigate the criteria for completing the task. And here’s the most exciting part: the race vehicle featured in the movie, the 2018-spec Nissan GT-R GT3, will be available with the same livery that was used in the movie. Between August 7th and September 28th, anybody who clicks on the Gran Turismo Movie banner located in the upper right corner of the main World Map hub will automatically receive this reward at no cost. Amazing!

The Corolla, on the other hand, will initially only be playable via the practice session for the following phase of the Toyota GAZOO Racing GT Cup in-game, which is a tournament that is accessible to everyone. It will subsequently be made accessible in the dealership towards the last week of September, but it will also be given away as a reward on August 28th to individuals who have participated in at least one phase of the contest.
