Google’s next project, called Pixel Fold, is said to come as a direct rival for Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 3. How is it going to do that?

Recent reports suggest that Google Pixel Fold’s specs and features will really make a difference. For example, the outer and inner displays of the phone are said to be Samsung-made screens, and the larger one might feature 1840×2208 pixels.

More display specs

Google Pixel Fold might flaunt a display of 1200 nits of brightness, with the average level of that being 800 nits. How cool is that?!

The display could also feature a high refresh rate of 120Hz, and an S5K3J1 sensor for selfies.

Hardware details

Under the hood, the Google Pixel Fold is said to draw its power from a Tensor SoC, most likely a third-gen one, or the current Tensor chipset, the Tensor G2 SoC, featured on Pixel 7 flagship devices.
