Fortnite Final Present: Don’t Miss The Power Leveling Weekend!

Epic Games’ Fortnite has just received a slew of interesting improvements. The island flipped around after the conclusion of Chapter 2, unveiling a revamped island for Chapter 3 of Fortnite’s Chapter 3 at the start of December. Winterfest 2021, which included a wintery cabin with 14 unwrappable treats, also gave users free presents this Christmas.
Over many days, users have been anticipating the additional 15th gift, which has been visible as a reminder in the Cozy Lodge menu. The elusive present, which Fortnite offered to users as a thank you for their understanding during service outages in December, was impossible to unwrap.

Power Leveling Weekend

Now, the last gift has been unveiled. Players that checked in during the Winterfest festivities in December will receive a free Crescent Shroom Pickaxe, before the pickaxe become available in the Shop. In addition, from 7 p.m. on the 7th to 7 a.m. users will receive a Power Leveling Weekend.
The pace at which users receive XP in Fortnite is increased during Power Leveling Weekends. The additional XP rate hasn’t been revealed yet, but it’ll almost certainly be double. Users will be able to acquire levels and earn goodies more quickly as a result of this.

“As thanks for everyone’s patience during the December login issues, we’ll be kicking off a Power Leveling Weekend from 1/7 @ 7 PM to 1/10 @ 7 AM ET and granting everyone who logged in during Winterfest the new Crescent Shroom Pickaxe before it arrives in the Shop later!” read the tweet announcement.

The choice to reward players with incentives for their downtime is a wonderful gesture, but it does mean that the Winterfest event is coming to a close. In the realm of Fortnite, there’s still a lot to look ahead for. Users are bracing for the arrival of tornadoes, which are expected to rip through the island and destroy structures shortly. With the snow forecast to melt soon, there are also worries of when Butter Cake, a dinosaur monster concealed beneath the earth, may turn up. Furthermore, Fortnite is said to be introducing a ‘no build’ option for those who want to sample some nonstop combat action. It’s evident that the Fortnite island’s beginning to the year is definitely shaping up to be exciting.
