DanMachi: Everything We Know About Season 4

Season 4 of DanMachi premiered on July 21, 2022, during the Summer 2022 anime season. Its full title is “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? A new season (Dungeon ni Deai wo Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka? A New Season (Season 4) The Labyrinth Arc, a New Chapter, is Part 1.

On January 5, 2023, during the 2023 Winter anime season, fans may see the second half of Season 4 of DanMachi. The second act is formally titled “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?” Chapter Four: The Calamity Spiral. Since the fifth anime season will adapt a narrative arc about Freya, the 2023 continuation shouldn’t be included as DanMachi Season 5.

Volumes 12–14 cover this narrative arc. In Season 4 of DanMachi, Bell Cranel, Hestia, and their pals will be struggling to level up so that the Hestia Familia may go on their first expedition quest, but what they uncover in the depths will send Bell Cranel spiraling into a literal pit of sorrow.

Is It Wrong to Try to Meet Women in a Castle? Is Season 4 available online? Since Sentai Filmworks is the official streaming licensor, HIDIVE is the only place to see the DanMachi anime series at the moment. The explanation is that once Sony bought Crunchyroll and Funimation, Crunchyroll no longer had the rights to broadcast those shows. DanMachi Season 1 was taken down from Crunchyroll in late March 2022, and Sentai Filmworks has already promised Season 4 to HIDIVE.

The split-season anime DanMachi IV will consist of at least two courses. Episode 11 of DanMachi Season 4 premiered on September 29, 2022. Sugoi LITE, a leaker of anime news, said in July 2022 that DanMachi IV will consist of two courses with a total of 22 episodes.
