Some of those who play Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) are well-aware of a bug regarding the smoke grenade that allowed the player to see his opponents while remaining invisible to them. This was possible by combining the smoke with the standard Window smoke.
The issue was observed at the PGL Antwerp Major, as was seen on the second day of the Legends Stage. The Twitter account of CS: GO brought the news that many were waiting for: the smoke bug was fixed.
Otherwise, the game offers a pretty interesting variety of guns and grenades to choose from. One of the most used weapons by CS: GO players remains the classical AK-47. It’s an assault rifle that behaves well on both close range and long-range. The AWP sniper is also one of the players’ favorite ‘toys.’
The game’s Steam description is pretty reasonable if you ask us:
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) expands upon the team-based action gameplay that it pioneered when it was launched 19 years ago. CS: GO features new maps, characters, weapons, and game modes, and delivers updated versions of the classic CS content (de_dust2, etc.).
You can run Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on many platforms: Windows PC, macOS, Xbox One, Linux, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and the Classic Mac OS.
If you haven’t given the game a try yet, and you want to do likewise using a PC, you shouldn’t worry too much about the system requirements. The game requires only 2GB of RAM, a graphics card of at least 256MB, and not more than 15GB of available storage space on your hard/solid-state drive.
Feel free to tell us if you had to deal with the smoke bug in question and how you managed to solve the situation for yourself!
