What’s happening, Apple?! A massive outage that appears to be impacting the App Store, Apple Music, even the Apple Developer website, and other services from the tech giant based in Cupertino. The reason?! It could actually be anything, and we know that the company works at a solution, so we shouldn’t worry that much.
The thing is that Apple has not publicly acknowledged the outages on its System Status homepage, and this is quite crazy. Lots of complaints, though, ended up on almost every social playground. The affected services include the App Store, Apple Music, the Apple Developer website, the Apple Support website, TestFlight, the Apple Store website, and more yet to be discussed. Moreover, Down Detector compiled the data, which genuinely shows that most of the complaints somehow began to pop up right before 6 PM PT.
The issue includes the app or the website or app taking a while to load in some cases, while in other cases, failing entirely. What a shame!
A Twitter user shared his unfortunate experience by posting:
When someone attempts to download or simply just update their apps from the App Store, nothing works as it should. Similar bugs are showing up on Apple Music, interrupting users’ musical experience.
However, the issues seem to have a culprit in the SSL certificates, saying that “A secure connection to the server cannot be created due to an SSL fault.”
Apple didn’t actually experience such a thing before. Of course, there are always some mini-bugs to wonder on our system and wreck a thing or two, but the recent outage is too serious not to wonder what’s, in fact, happening at Apple?!
Do you now have any issues using services like Apple Music and the App Store? Now, the thing is that when the company confirms the outages on its System Status page, we’ll be also getting an update.
