Motorola Nio Will Feature a Dual-Front Camera: What to Expect

Motorola is gearing up to release a bunch of promising devices this year. One of the offerings is said to be a premium smartphone dubbed Motorola Nio.

The smartphone has already been certified on a couple of platforms and was spotted, too, on Geekbench. Some of the specs have been tipped, while others revealed. The benchmark scores are also available, hinting at a mighty processor.

But, nothing compares with some “real-life” photos that can put Motorola Nio in the spotlight. According to the leaked images – first spotted on Weibo – the smartphone will feature a dual-front camera.

Here is what you need to know.

Motorola Nio’s Sleek Design Unveiled

Nils Ahrensmeir was the first who reported Motorola Nio’s live photos on Voice. As per the leaked images, we can expect a handset featuring a sleek dual-front shooter at the top-left corner, which is incredibly chic!

The panel seems surrounded by some slim bezels, while the chin is a bit thicker. Such things are definitely a big change compared to previous Motorola smartphones. Also, the phone might ship with an FHD+ display with 1080×2520 pixel resolution.

As for the color, the phone wears a somehow whiteish-shade, dubbed “Sky.” More color options are yet to be announced, including a mix of blue/green color, called “Beryl.”

Other design features

As per leaked photos, we can see the smartphone’s volume rockers on the right, while the power key is said to integrate the fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

The 3.5mm headphone jack and the USB Type-C port could be arranged at the bottom, but we don’t know for sure.

More camera details

Moving to the rear panel, the Motorola Nio flaunts a quad-camera of 64MP placed in a square-array, with the LED flash below the shooter sensors.

The smartphone is believed to feature an “Audio Zoom” as well.

Performance and battery capacity

Under the hood, the Motorola Nio is rumored to house a Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 865 SoC.

A battery of 5,000mAh with 20W fast charging support is said to keep the lights on for several hours.

Stay tuned for more details soon! Motorola Nio will arrive in the coming months.
